The Florida State University Foundation is governed by an elected Board of Trustees, whose members are professionals from many walks of life committed to building successful partnerships with Florida State University and its many generous supporters. The FSU Foundation Board of Trustees is the chief philanthropy board of Florida State University. Trustees champion philanthropy by making philanthropic investments in academics, mobilizing other donors to also invest in academic priorities and by representing Florida State University in a variety of capacities. The board serves to support the academic mission of the university by fostering private philanthropic support, a critical component of advancing the university to higher levels.
