Education B.S. ’91 Rob Boos (B.S. ’91) serves as president and chief executive officer of Boos Development Group, and along with his father Bob, Boos is a co-founding principal of the company. Boos’ primary responsibility is strategic management and oversight of the real estate acquisitions, development and financial functions within the company as well as long-range strategic planning. Boos serves as co-chair of Boos’ real estate investment Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Florida State University Herbert Wertheim College of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Boos Development Group is a privately held, family owned, managed, and operated real estate development company, founded in 1997. The company is headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, with regional Florida offices in Miami, Satellite Beach and Vero Beach. Boos also has out-of-state regional offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Sacramento, California. The focus of the company is real estate development services for major national retailers' users across the United States as well as land and infrastructure development delivering finished lots for DR Horton.
