Williams is the founder, CEO and manager of Crown Asset Management, LLC (CAM). CAM is an Atlanta-based specialty finance company established in 2004. CAM’s primary business focuses on acquiring, managing and recovering non-performing consumer assets. Williams has been directly involved in the purchase and sale of more than $10 billion of face value in receivables. As a strong advocate for his company and the ARM industry, he sits on the Board of Directors for the Receivables Management Association International (RMAi) and holds the position of secretary. After graduating from Florida State University in 1997 with a B.S. in finance, Williams began his career at Merrill Lynch. He later moved to First Union National Bank/First Union Securities in Atlanta before eventually starting CAM. He remains active as an FSU alumnus and proud Seminole Boosters member, having served on the Seminole Boosters Board of Directors for six years. Currently, he serves on the FSU College of Business Board of Governors, the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and most recently, the FSU Foundation Board of Trustees. Brian and his wife Cortney, also an FSU graduate, reside in Brookhaven, Georgia, with their two children, Rush and Reagan, and their dog, Bo.
