Emily Fulton is a proud Florida State University alumna who began her career at the FSU Foundation in 2008. Starting in gift services and donor relations, she steadily advanced to become senior director of donor relations and stewardship. During her tenure, Fulton launched several impactful initiatives, including Forever FSU, the university’s consecutive giving recognition program, and FSU’s first university-wide recognition society.

Following her success at the Foundation, Fulton joined the Community Foundation of North Florida, where she spent over two years connecting donors and professional advisors with meaningful charitable opportunities throughout the Big Bend region.

Fulton later returned to FSU to serve as executive manager and community liaison to the first lady of Florida State University. In this role, she spearheaded the first lady’s digital presence by launching her social media platforms and website, and she played a key role in the creation of Horizons Unlimited, a conference dedicated to first-generation college students.

Currently, Fulton serves as senior director of board engagement at the FSU Foundation. She oversees all aspects related to the Foundation Board of Trustees, including meetings, and provides strategic board support to the vice president for University Advancement and the president of the FSU Foundation.
