Ian Seibert is the 81st student body president of Florida State University and serves as the only student voting member on the FSU Board of Trustees. From Palm Harbor, Florida, Seibert is a senior at Florida State graduating in spring 2026 and will pursue a Master of Accounting during the 2026–2027 academic year. Since arriving at Florida State, Seibert has served in various leadership roles across the Student Government Association, fraternity and sorority life, and leadership and academic honor societies. He is a member of Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary and Order of Omega Greek Honor Society. Additionally, Seibert is the recipient of the Torchbearer 100 Leadership Award, 21 Under 21 Philanthropy Award, 2025 IFC Executive Board Member of the Year and a 2026 Greek Hall of Fame recognition.

Within Student Government, Seibert has served in the legislative and executive branches as a business seat senator in the Student Senate and director of project development & strategic planning in the Office of the Vice President. He is an active member within the Interfraternity Council, having served as a rush mentor, Judicial Board justice, vice president of scholarship & service, founder and chair of the IFC Service Committee, member of the IFC Expansion Committee, and president of his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Order. Outside of university involvement, Seibert is passionate about mental health and brought The Fight Against Suicide, a mental health non-profit, to Tallahassee to support mental health advocacy and awareness efforts.

Professionally, Seibert has experience interning in Big 4 accounting and is currently working toward his CPA license. He plans to return to Big 4 accounting for a few years before going back to school to continue his education in business or law.
