Location Tampa, Florida Title Ex-Officio, FSU Student Foundation Chair Yasamin Khosh is a senior student pursuing a dual major in political science and media communications, with a minor in business. Passionate about bridging the gap between government and the public, Khosh aspires to a career in political communications or consulting after earning her bachelor's degree. She aims to work on national campaigns and contribute to a firm in Washington, D.C., where she hopes to help everyday Americans better understand government policies and their impact on daily life. On campus, Khosh has been an active member of the Student Foundation since her first semester, previously serving as vice-chair and director of programming before stepping into her current role as chair. Through her leadership, she has engaged students in philanthropic initiatives, organizing impactful events such as FSU’s Great Give and the annual Philanthropy Gala, while expanding the foundation’s reach across campus and fostering a stronger culture of giving This year, Khosh is eager to continue strengthening collaboration between the Foundation Board and the Student Foundation. She is committed to advancing key initiatives and cultivating student giving, furthering the foundation’s mission to positively impact the campus community.
