Florida State University Panama City is naming the Library and Learning Center in honor of Jim and Jan Cook. The Dr. and Mrs. James T. Cook Library and Learning Center was announced by Randy Hanna, dean of FSU Panama City, on August 11, 2021, during the annual Welcome Back Fall Symposium.
